As we continue to navigate COVID restrictions and hosting events, we want to be able to keep you up to date with the most accurate information. The big question is, how many guests can you invite to your upcoming event?
For quality purposes, The Inn has a maximum capacity of 100 guests. This maximum does not reflect the legal amount of guests allowed. We realize that in these uncharted times, it works the best for our clients and ourselves to not use this maximum for the current 35% guidelines. Our legal maximum capacity is 150 guests. Below is the event type and the amount of guests allowed for each.
Indoor Gatherings: 25 persons
Indoor Ceremonies & Receptions: 52 persons
Indoor Religious Ceremonies & Services: 75 persons
Outdoor Gatherings: 50 persons
Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions: 100 persons
(not including staff of the venue)
As a reminder, our COVID-19 policy is : All payments are non-refundable, but The Inn allows you t change the date of the event for COVID reasons, without a penalty. If you have guests that are not ready to join you and you want to reschedule your event- you can!
