On Sunday we celebrated our 1st New Year’s Eve party at The Inn at Salem Country Club. A group of 60 guests enjoyed good food by La Scala Restaurant group and their team of servers. There were horns, hats, photo props and nice conversations and lots of laughs around each of the tables.
The midnight toast was followed by some fireworks on the (less windy) porch side. Most people watched the fireworks from behind the windows in the cozy Great Room with the fireplace. A few brave souls went out onto the porch. DJ Jason of Hybrid Entertainment provided the music and several couples started the New Year with a romantic slow dance. Some of our guests stayed overnight in our comfortable spacious B&B rooms.
They enjoyed their breakfast in the Great Room with impressive views of the icy river. Thank you all for your business and support in 2017 and we look forward to seeing you at future events in 2018! Happy New Year!
