What is the maximum number of guests you can host for a Shower or Party?
75 Guests
When do we have to pay a deposit?
You pay a deposit at the time of booking and signing of the contact. The deposit is 50% of the contract amount. The balance is due one month before the event date. As your event approaches, you can still add guests.
How early in advance do I have to book?
There is no rule of thumb; we book smaller events usually between 3-6 months in advance. However, some seasons are very popular and if you know ahead of time you have a specific date in mind, the earlier you book, the better chance you have in securing the date.
Are tables and chairs included in the venue rental?
Yes they are! We have two sizes of round tables: 60” and 72”, seating respectively 8 and 10 guests per table. We also have banquet and square tables available.
Are we allowed to have a dessert table?
Yes!
Do we have free range to decorate?
Absolutely! You can decorate as you please, as long as you don’t damage anything. During our event planning we go over your vision and decorating plans. Please note: anything you place up, including tape, needs to be removed by the end of your rental time. All decorations must not cause damage to our building in any way.
For certain decorations, like balloon arch, floral backdrop we require that you work with a professional vendor from our preferred vendor list. Floral bar can be rented directly from us. Due to risk of damage to the wooden floor, we don’t accept floral bar by other vendors or clients themselves. See our preferred vendors.
Do you have easels available?
We do have a couple of easels available for your use.
Is linen included?
Yes, linen for all your guest tables, food tables and napkins are included in the rental price. You can pick from 55 colors and mix and match as you please. If you want to add chair covers, that is an add-on. Chair covers come in white, ivory or black and you can pick a sash in any color that you want from the 55 colors offered. Chair covers cost $5.50/chair.
Are the high top tables included?
Yes, 2 high top tables are included in your rental. We also have more available to rent if needed.
Am I able to utilize the fireplace or the fire pit?
Yes and we can provide a table if you want to have s’mores!
Is your venue handicap accessible?
Yes, The Inn is handicap accessible. We have a ramp entrance, as well as bathrooms that are ADA accessible. Our guest rooms are not handicap accessible, as they are located on the 2nd floor and accessible only via a staircase.
Do you have a changing table available?
There is a changing table located in our women’s bathroom.
Are event rentals BYOB or open bar? Do you provide a bartender?
A bartender provided by The Inn is included in our pricing for all our events. We are a BYOB venue and you can provide beer, wine and hard seltzers. We encourage the purchase of liquor liability insurance for your event.
Do we need to provide a bartender if we are providing a mimosa or wine bar for our shower?
A bartender is included in your package price for the duration of your event.
Do you have a kitchen on site?
No we do not. We work with caterers who provide everything you need.
Do you provide china, flatware and glassware?
We don’t automatically include China, flatware and glassware. We have a partner who can provide all of that for you at an additional rental charge.
How do you set up the room for my event?
Based on the type of party you organize, we can draft a suggested floor plan for you. Closer to the event, we can update and modify that to your needs, based on your RSVPs.
