How many Guests does The Inn hold with a dance floor?
Is the dance floor portable or stationary?
Portable! You have freelance creativity for your big day, where you envision the dance floor, we make it happen!
How many events a day does The Inn host?
Strictly one event a day. Your wedding day is just that, yours!
Does The Inn require a minimum of costs or guests?
No we do not. Although our Wedding Package states it is for a minimum of 50 guests, we are still able to adjust and personalize!
Can I hold my ceremony there too? Is there an additional cost?
Your ceremony is included in our venue rental and packages! We do not charge an additional cost. We do have ample grounds and endless opportunities on where to host your ceremony. These ceremony enhancements do come with an additional cost and our customizable to your wedding day.
Is there an indoor space for the ceremony if there is inclement weather?
Yes! We offer both indoor and outdoor spaces. We come up for a plan with you prior and rehearse this as well.
Does The Inn offer rehearsals?
When you host your wedding at The Inn, you are also booking a 1 hour rehearsal, at an agreed upon day. We required a rehearsal so that we can go over any loose ends with our couples and make sure your big day goes on without a hitch! This is also a great time to practice a “Plan B” in case of inclement weather.
Is there someone in charge of the couples needs the day of the wedding?
Yes! Yvonne is there the day of to help assist and answer questions. We also offer an on-site Wedding Coordinator, Caroline, who can plan your wedding with you from Day 1, or just be present on the day of! Her packages are customizable and come at an additional cost.
How many hours are included in your rental?
Your ceremony, as well as a 5 hour wedding reception.
Are tables, chairs, linens, plates, flatware and glassware provided?
Yes! In our Wedding Package this is all included!
Do you have a wedding suite for couples to get ready in?
We have 2 separate rooms for both parties to get ready in! Your rental starts 2 hours prior to the ceremony time for couples to get ready for their big day! We also have rooms available for rent for couples and guests to spend the night. Guests and couples are able to receive a20% discount when booking the night of your event.
Do you provide transportation or a shuttle service?
We work with both a bus service and limousine service to help serve your needs and budget!
Is there a local hotel that we can reserve a block for our guests?
Yes, there are a few options!
What is included in your Bar services?
As a part of your wedding rental, a bartender provided by The Inn is mandatory. With our Wedding Package, this is included, as well as bar ware! You provide the beer and wine. This gives you more control over your budget. For your convenience we are an outlet for Salem Oak Vineyards! Our bar package is customizable.
Are we able to taste test our food before the wedding? Is the catering on site?
You will work with our preferred caters to taste test and customize your menu at their locations. On the day of, your catering team will be present. We only allow caterers from our preferred list for weddings to ensure quality of service and food.
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
In order to secure your date, you will pay a deposit of 25% of contracted amount. The balance is to be paid in 3 installments at 9 months, 4 months and 1 month prior to the date. All payments are non-refundable.
Do you provide liability insurance? Is this a requirement?

Is your venue handicap accessible?
Yes, The Inn is handicap accessible. We have a ramp entrance, as well as bathrooms that are ADA accessible. Our guest rooms are not handicap accessible, as they are located on the 2nd floor and accessible only via a staircase.
Are you LGBTQ friendly?
Yes we are, we believe love is love.
